Hawke’s Bay Chardonnay

Hawke’s Bay is known for its Chardonnay and 2021 was a stunning year for this varietal. An abundance of long, hot, sunny days, provided perfect conditions which meant the fruit was at optimal ripeness when harvested, developing an amazing fullness of flavour, a delicious Hawke’s Bay Summer in a bottle.

Aroma An aromatic drop, showcasing mouthwatering aromas of white peach and nectarine, with enticing nutty and spicy complexities.

Palate Selaks Origins Chardonnay is an elegant fruit forward Chardonnay, brimming with lifted Summer stone fruits, juicy, creamy and delicious. The finish is long and toasty, with hints of nuttyness and spice.
