Hawke’s Bay is known for its delicious rosè wines and 2021 was a stunning year for this varietal. An abundance of long, hot, sunny days provided perfect conditions which meant the fruit was at optimal ripeness when harvested, with great concentration of flavour. Selaks Origins Rosé is an explosion of Summer Berries in a bottle.
