Ruby Rosé Breeze Sangria

Makes 1.25L
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced (or use a handful of dried slices)
  • Handful red grapes
  • Small handful fresh mint
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/3 cup grapefruit cordial
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup rosewater
  • 1 bottle Selaks Breeze 5% Piquette Rosé
METHOD
  1. Add the sliced apple, lime, grapes and mint to a large jug or pitcher. Use a muddler or wooden spoon to muddle everything together until the mint leaves are bruised and fruit has released some juices.
  2. Add the pomegranate juice, grapefruit cordial, lime juice and rosewater and muddle again briefly to combine.
  3. Top up with the 1 bottle Selaks Breeze 5% Piquette Rosé and stir to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight, until ready to serve. Serve chilled.
