Our Selaks range is made in an approachable style highlighting the fresh vibrant fruit character of each variety.
The grapes, sourced from vineyards within Bridge Pa Triangle in the Hawke’s Bay region, were carefully picked by hand and harvester. They were immediately pressed and transferred to 100% French oak barrels, with 14% being new oak. The wine stayed in barrel for 10 months, with periodic stirring to enhance character, before undergoing partial malolactic fermentation.
